Tahona Stone Fizz Tahona Stone Fizz
A sophisticated, dry Tequila Fizz with soft citrus and honey, featuring Dobel Tahona Blanco.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dobel Tahona Blanco
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.50 oz Honey Syrup
- 3 Drops Orange Blossom Water
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Soda Water
- Garnish: Lemon Peel

Highball or Collins Glass
Directions
- Step 1 Add all ingredients but soda water to a cocktail shaker and whip shake vigorously to create a thick foam
- Step 2 Add ice to your cocktail shaker and shake quickly to chill
- Step 3 Strain into a Collins glass filled with 1-2 ice cubes, making sure to shake all the foam out of your cocktail tin
- Step 4 Allow the drink to rest a moment, giving the foam time to separate and stabilize
- Step 5 Then slowly pour the soda water through the foam, so it rises out of the glass by a quarter of an inch
- Step 6 Garnish with an unexpressed lemon peel
