

Dobel Apple Diamante
A crisp, spiced fall cocktail made for a crowd.
Ingredients
- 50 oz Dobel Diamante Cristalino
- 6.5 oz Cardenal Mendoza Angelus
- 9.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 6.25 oz Agave Syrup (1:1)
- 37.5 oz Unfiltered Apple Cider
- 38 oz Water
- Raw Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt (to taste)
- Garnish: Cinnamon Stick

Directions
- Step 1 In a large pitcher, combine Dobel Diamante, Cardenal Mendoza Angelus, fresh lemon juice, agave syrup, apple cider, and water
- Step 2 Stir well to mix
- Step 3 Rim rocks glasses with a blend of raw sugar, cinnamon, and salt
- Step 4 Pour over ice, garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired, and serve
