

Sensei
An Asian-inspired balance of citrus and floral tea.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dobel Diamante Cristalino
- 0.25 oz Yuzu Juice
- 0.25 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Yellow Tea Syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar steeped with tea bag)
- 1 Egg White

Directions
- Step 1 Combine Dobel Diamante Cristalino and all other ingredients in a dry shaker and shake well for about a minute
- Step 2 Add ice and shake again for another minute
- Step 3 Strain into a large cube glass and garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel
