Smoky Dobel Humito with a burst of mint, coconut, and sugar snap peas.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dobel Humito
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Sugar Snap Peas
- Garnish: Mint Sprig

Directions
- Step 1 Add three whole sugar snap peas into shaker and muddle
- Step 2 Add mint leaves and muddle lightly
- Step 3 Add Dobel Humito and the rest of ingredients
- Step 4 Add ice, shake and double strain into a pebble ice filled rocks glass
- Step 5 Top with pebble ice and garnish with mint sprig
