  • Step 1  In a mixing glass, combine Dobel Añejo, agave nectar and bitters
  • Step 2  Fill mixing glass with ice and stir continuously for 15 seconds
  • Step 3  Strain cocktail into rocks glass over ice and garnish with trimmed grapefruit swath
